NEXAVAR in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel is contraindicated in patients with squamous cell lung cancer. Nexavar may cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. Nexavar is covered by a broad range of private insurance plans and is on formulary with most Medicare Part D plans. In addition, Nexavar support is available through patient assistance, co-pay resources, charitable organizations, local and state programs, and support groups.
