Introducing the Nexavar Commercial Co-Pay Assistance Program (NexCCAP)

Supporting access to Nexavar therapy

Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., are committed to providing access to patients taking Nexavar.

Your patients with private health insurance may be eligible for NexCCAP. NexCCAP is designed to decrease Nexavar treatment costs for eligible patients by reducing their monthly co-pay amount. NexCCAP is not for patients with Medicare coverage.

Co-payments range from $0 to $100

  • Based on eligibility requirements and income, patients may only be responsible for up to a maximum co-pay of $100 per prescription

Eligibility for NexCCAP is determined through the REACH® program

  • Evaluation for NexCCAP is easy. You or your patients can call the REACH program at 1.866.NEXAVAR (1.866.639.2827)

REACH enrollment forms may also be downloaded and printed from the REACH page.
REACH counselors work directly with Specialty Pharmacy Providers to help ensure your patients get the Nexavar therapy you have prescribed.
